On May 19 and 20, 2000, we visited Machu Picchu, the only Inca city to escape the Spanish conquest. It remained hidden from the outside world until 1911.

The architecture of the city was designed around natural energy patterns that existed before the site was built.

The Intiwatana, or "Hitchinng Post of the Sun", a type of solar clock related to the observation of the equinox is situated in the Hanan (upper) part of the city. As I dowsed around the stone, I found several lines leading toward the center point.
