On September 6, 1999, I visited Williamson Mound, located at Indian Mound Park in Greene County, Ohio. The mound is about 30' high and 140' in diameter at the base. It was built by the Adena about 2000 years ago. As I dowsed around the top of the mound, I located 13 lines all intersecting at the peak. Also, I found a series of 17 concentric circles as I walked up the steps. The energy map displays the familiar web-like pattern that I have been finding at other conical mounds, and seems to indicate that they are precisely aligned with underground water formations known as domes or blind springs.
