On May 20, 1999, I returned to Newark and visited 3 sites collectively referred to as the Newark Works. First I went to the Great Circle earthwork at Moundbuilders State Memorial and did some intensive dowsing around Eagle Mound at the center of the circle. I found 43 lines intersecting the mound representing the body, 27 lines intersecting the head and 35 lines intersecting each of the wings. There also appeared to be a series of concentric circles surrounding each mound. The low arc-shaped earthen wall directly behind the Eagle Mound was in exact alignment with one of the concentric circles of energy focused at the center of the Great Circle.
